1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Branded Parcels website and mobile application (the “Site”) and your purchase of products through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

2. Who we are

3. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation — this confirms we’ve received it, not that we’ve accepted it. A contract is formed once we confirm the item has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵), with an approximate US dollar equivalent for reference. We accept mobile money and card payments through our secure payment partners. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; if we discover a pricing error on your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you once they’re delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled in line with our Return Policy. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once a returned item has been received and inspected, within a reasonable time.

7. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, uploading harmful code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to Branded Parcels or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Branded Parcels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and continuing to use the Site after they’re posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
